Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jattecs Exterior Solutions, LLC ("we", "us") collects through jattecsexteriors.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to caleb@jattecsexteriors.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the quote form: your name, company (if you add one), email, phone (if you add one), whether you're a homeowner, contractor or property manager, your nearest town, the service you need and your message. If you email us, we get your email and whatever you write.
- Basic visit records. Our hosting provider records standard technical details when any page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ad pixels or tracking tools.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, put together a quote, schedule and do the work.
- To keep normal business records, such as quotes, invoices and tax records, if you become a customer.
- To keep the site and form safe from spam and abuse.
We contact you only about your request or your job. We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising. A few service providers handle it for us so we can run the business:
- website hosting (Vercel);
- the database that stores form requests (Supabase);
- business email (Google Workspace);
- accounting and invoicing, once you're a customer (QuickBooks).
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
No third party collects information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites. Because we don't track you or sell your information, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser changes nothing here. If we ever add such tools, we will honor those signals and update this policy first.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information: email caleb@jattecsexteriors.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for a job we did.
- Stop texts or calls: reply STOP to any text, or tell us by email or on the phone.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep a request as long as we need it to respond and for ordinary business records. Customer records are kept as long as tax and contract rules require. Ask us and we'll delete a request that didn't become a job.
The site uses an encrypted connection. The form can only add new requests to our database; it can't read anything back. Only the owner can see the requests.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a property. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
